All services are subject to availability and client requirements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Urban Aura Interior are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and any changes requested by the client. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 30-50% of the total project cost is required before work begins
• Progress Payments: Payments as per agreed milestones
• Final Payment: Remaining amount upon project completion and client approval
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and site conditions. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including material availability, weather conditions, or client-requested changes. Urban Aura Interior will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requirements
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals where required
• Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Review and approve designs within reasonable timeframes

7. Warranty

Urban Aura Interior offers a warranty period of up to 5 years on workmanship and materials, subject to the terms of the specific service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact us with relevant documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other materials provided by Urban Aura Interior remain our intellectual property. The client is granted a license to use these materials for the specific project only. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Urban Aura Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
